Sculptural Workshop for foodies

“Let’s not throw away anything”

The participants of this workshop will make sculptures with seasonable vegetables, pulses and other edible things.

Afterwards we will dismantle the sculptures and cook them into a delicious dinner.

I'm with you on that -- but I nominate you as the teacher! We can do this at Ptarmigan though finding free time on our schedule might be tough. I will email you.

Do we need a teacher for this, really? Let's just get together and do it! I can teach making fruit and vegetable decorations in Thai style, though I'm not very advanced in it, but the basics..
